AURALOVECANDEL LLC – Aura Love Candle
We want you to be happy with your Aura Love Candle purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
The product must be returned in its original condition and should not have been used, burned, damaged, or altered.
Return Shipping
For a standard return that is not related to a damaged or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged Products
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
If the damage is confirmed, AURALOVECANDEL LLC will cover the return/replacement shipping costs and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Personalized & Custom Products
Personalized and custom-made candles are non-refundable and cannot be returned, because they are specially created according to the customer's request.
However, if a personalized or custom product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate available payment method.
